In her role, she oversees hardware testing and ensures the maturity of engines, encompassing engine accompaniment, thermal protection, and durability. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) with a specialization in alternative drivetrains and a Bachelor’s degree from the TU Darmstadt. Her expertise lies in optimizing engine performance while prioritizing sustainability, reliability, and high efficiency. Victoria initiated her automotive career through a leadership trainee program at Mercedes-Benz AG, gaining diverse experience in strategic areas, particularly focusing on drivetrain strategy and Research & Development.
