With over six years of experience in research and development, innovation, and consulting in the field of e-mobility and sustainable energy, I am passionate about advancing the state-of-the-art in battery manufacturing and functional materials. As the Managing Director of eLab, the E-Mobility laboratory of RWTH Aachen University, I lead a lab in which interdisciplinary experts from research and industry partner to deliver cutting-edge solutions and services for the e-mobility sector.
I am also a Research Associate at the Chair of Production Engineering of E-Mobility Components (PEM), where I develop and consult on next-generation battery manufacturing technology. Previously, I co-founded and ran PrintYourPart, a startup that provides R&D and consulting services for 3D printing technology for functional materials. I hold a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Energy Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology, and a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and Technische Hochschule Lübeck.
