Ismael is a driven engineer with over a decade of experience in electrification, specializing in Energy Management, Electricity Markets, and Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) technologies. With key roles at Jaguar Land Rover, Alten, and Renault, he has spearheaded impactful projects, including the development of energy and thermal management systems for the next generation of electric JLR vehicles and solutions for range improvement in Jaguar I-Pace and Range Rover PHEV models. Currently serving as a Powertrain Control System Team Leader at Changan UK R&D Centre, Ismael focuses on Efficiency, Performance, Driveability, and Thermal Management features. Simultaneously pursuing a PhD in Powertrain Control System (V2G), he also aspires to contribute to the Net Zero 2050 initiative by transitioning to the energy industry.
