In August 2011, I joined Stellantis, where I had the opportunity to follow non-manual-transmission projects for passengers and commercial vehicles as System Engineer and Validation responsible.
In 2018, I started to follow BEV projects for Stellantis, leading the development and validation of the electrified powertrains for the 500e and the eDucato.
In 2020, I moved to Italdesign Giugiaro (Audi group) as a eTraction Team Leader. During this period I lead the team responsible for testing, validation and design support for Audi eTron project powertrain, focusing on cells, modules, batteries, battery management system and power electronics.
In 2022, I joined FPT Industrial, where I’m responsible for the ePowertrain Product Marketing, bringing with me the experience from my previous position on transmissions and energy storage.
The Pop in Your Job
I define myself as a powertrains passionate: these are the real heart of vehicles. This drove me through my path: starting from a very technical enviroment, to the commercial and marketing sector.
I am very committed to environment, that’s why I joined the electrification challenge: sustainable mobility, continuous improvement and quality. And this are also the mantra I found in FPT Industrial. And also the opportunity to be a pioneer in the sustainability progress for transportation, after 12 years in passenger vehicles business. In my current position I have the opportunity to follow the innovation directly, to see what’s changing and what will change in the next decade and beyond.
I love networking with people from all over the world and events are one of the best opportunity to do this.
And, last but not least: I’m a mum of a very young girl. In FPT Industrial a company very committed to diversity, covering my position, I teach her (and to other young girls) that stereotypes do not exist and STEM is addressable for whoever believes in himself/herself.
